This tool installs/removes the chainring lockring on all White Industries Square Taper ENO and Square Taper Road cranks and works with 3/8? drive ratchets. Older cranks may have a lockring with only 3 notches, in which case you’ll need this tool. Newer Square Taper ENO and Square Taper Road cranks will have an updated lockring that has the 3-notch design for this tool as well as a 12-notch/46mm interface that works with more commonly available tools.
