Designed for use with tubeless tires, the R8170 provides the option of forgoing tubes and reaping the benefits of tubeless. To top it off, the hub is cross-compatible with both 11-speed and 12-speed road cassettes – allowing riders who don’t want to make the shift to 12-speed to take advantage of this wheelset’s excellent features.
